Siobhan and Rocco met while both receiving treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Cohens Children's Hospital in 2020. They became a source of strength for each other during their treatments and their shared struggle. Between the two they have had over three hundred chemo infusions, 50 spinal taps and numerous trips to the ER because of complications due to the medicine that was given to cure them.
Siobhan and Rocco have both recently finished a two and three year chemo treatment plan in their battle against Leukemia.. They have since joined together with family and friends to raise awareness and money for research so that other children don't have to suffer the way they did. After experiencing the pain, sickness, and harmful effects of chemo, Rocco and Siobhan want to play a role in helping to find better treatments for other kids who are diagnosed with ALL and other blood cancers.
